We provide mobile notary services that come to you whenever it's convenient. Our team can assist you in getting your documents notarized quickly and professionally at your home, office, hospital, or any other location. We proudly serve Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties, and we are transparent about California notarization fees and mobile notary fees, including specialized real estate notary services.

$75 mobile appointment fee — includes travel within 10 miles of Corona and one notarized signature.
Additional notarized signatures: $15 each.
Travel beyond 10 miles: $2 per mile.
Apostille, hospital, and other specialized appointments may require a custom quote. 

California law caps the notary fee at $15.00 per signature. Mobile travel, convenience and specialty administrative fees are calculated dynamically based on distance and urgency.

Acknowledgements—$15.00 per notarized signature

Jurats—$15.00 per notarized signature

Oaths and Affirmations $15.00 per notarized signature

Depositions--$30.00 plus $7.00 for the witness oath and $7.00 for the certificate.

Mobile Notary Fees:

Mobile notary fees vary based on distance, appointment type, and wait time.

Local Travel: $75.00 and up within a ten mile radius.

Extended travel: Varies on distance and time of day.

Hospitals & Assisted Living Visits: Starting at $100.00

Jail/Detention facilities: starting at $170.00  

After Hours/Weekend Appointments--(5:00pm-8:00am) Emergency surcharge applies

Loan Signings: Starting at $175.00 (includes document review, printing, and scan-backs).

Apostille courier packages: Starting at $150.00 (includes document authentication, state filing fees and tracking). Secretary of State fee: $20.00 per document plus $6.00 special handling fee. *Extra fees apply for shipping, courier service* See below.

Translation fee: If the destination country requires translation, a fee of $50.00 to $150.00 per document is required.

Embassy or Consulate legalization: If the document is going to a non-Hague convention country, you may need to go through the embassy or consulate legalization, which can cost $20.00 to $100.00 per country document. 

Courier & Expediting Services: Using a third-party professional apostille service to handle the process can add $50.00 to $300.00 on top of government fees. 

Loan signing services:

 Real estate notary services include notarizing deeds, notes, and other documents associated with loan signings, affidavits, power of attorney documents, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. We work directly with real estate agents, brokers, and title companies to ensure a seamless notarization process.

Assisted living and care facilities

$15.00 per signature

Travel/facility fees: Local travel starting at $75.00. In addition to this, are parking fees, and potential wait time.

Additional service fees: printing, scanning, or waiting past the appointment time add $25.00-$50.00.

If an appointment cannot be completed due to missing I.D., incomplete documents or last-minute cancellation after the notary has been dispatched, a flat fee of $45.00 will still be charged. 

Wait time

A 15-minute grace period is included. Wait times beyond that will be billed at $1.00 per minute.
